Amazing outcome about yr memory

Salam, Saya selalu hanya meletakkan maklumat dan artikel2 yang dirasakan 'bermaklumat' untuk dikongsi bersama rakan-rakan dalam blog ni. Tapi kali ini saya rasa saya perlu kongsi pengalaman saya dalam usaha meng'improve'kan ingatan/memori. Saya sekarang ini sedang membaca buku bertajuk  How to Develop a Super Power Memory by Harry Lorayne. Walaupun baru sampai chapter ke 5, saya sudah mampu mengingati perkara/barang yang tak mempunyai kaitan mengikut susunan atau aturan. Malah boleh ingatinya secara terbalik. Contohnya begini. Carpet, paper, bottle, bed, fish, chair, window, telephone, cigarette, nail, typewriter, shoe, microphone, pen, television set, plate, donut, car, coffee pot, brick. Impossiblekan nak ingat benda2 ni dalam masa beberapa minit, betul tak? Tapi ada caranya...sungguh mudah dan kelakar...Ia mengingatkan saya tentang cara saya belajar semasa sekolah  rendah dulu. Many assumed that if one is not suffering from mental illness it means that he/she is mentally healthy; but that is not true according to mental health physician, because Mental Health is Not an Absence of Mental Illness.
